Sync your Salesforce contacts with Mural

Once enabled, users can import Salesforce contacts as mural sticky notes for use in relationship mapping, account planning, and discovery conversations.

It’s easy to get started. Simply paste a Salesforce contact URL into a mural to connect to Salesforce and start planning your projects.

Our new Salesforce integration is powered by Workato, which allows us to connect your murals to your Salesforce organization. Once you authorize Salesforce with Workato, you can get started right away.

Keep your Salesforce contacts organized and use your mural as a source of truth. Updates made in Salesforce can be instantly synced to Mural to ensure teams are always working with the most up-to-date information.

We are excited to introduce two-way sync to our Salesforce integration, allowing you to sync changes back and forth and keep your murals up to date. 

Updates made in Salesforce can be synced to Mural, and any changes made in Mural can be synced back to Salesforce, ensuring that teams are always working with the most current information. Simply click the “Sync” button at the bottom of the sticky’s information panel to keep things up to date in both places.
